Cathay - the Hong Kong-based leisure group behind airline Cathay Pacific - has teamed up with West End giant LW Theatres to create this exclusive experience. The partnership includes the launch of the Cathay Lounge inside the iconic theatre.
To use it, you simply need to sign up as a Cathay Member at Green, Silver, Gold, or Diamond level. Membership is free and only takes a minute via the Cathay website.
You’ll just need to enter your name, email address and phone number to get started. Once you’re in, the only other requirement is that you’ve bought your Palladium tickets through LW Theatres.
Right now, The London Palladium is showing Evita in a sold-out West End revival. This reimagined version of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s classic is one of the hottest tickets in London this summer.
The lounge itself allows you to escape the Evita crowds. It’s an intimate suite for just 8 to 10 guests, styled in sleek, dark decor that feels upscale.
To secure your spot, you’ll need to book the lounge at least one week in advance through the LW Theatres website. Access is granted on a first-come, first-served basis, so don’t leave it too late.
Doors open one hour before the performance, and while you can’t access the lounge after the show, you’ll receive full details in your pre-show confirmation email.

It’s the same food and drink you’d get at the main bar, but served to you personally. Before the show, the Red Coats will guide you to your seat, and even give you a chance to drop your coat at the cloakroom for free on the way.
